We do not, as a matter of course, collect sensitive personal data (e.g. details of your health, religion or other beliefs, trade union membership, political beliefs, sexual orientation or criminal offences) unless you provide this information to us.

Can we obtain your personal data from third parties?
Our business entails research of information related to individuals for the purposes of filling job vacancies. This may require obtaining personal information from various sources, for example we may obtain information from social media sites like xing.com or different job boards, some information being publicly available and others are third party providers to which we subscribe. Occasionally we may receive personal information about you from hiring organisations, current employees, former employers, or third party individuals or organizations with whom you have been previously engaged.
If the information from third party sources is not relevant for our commercial purpose, or if you have notified us that you do not want us to provide you with services using the contacting in section Contact Details below, we shall discard it, although we might keep a limited record to avoid duplications. Where we consider that information may be of use to us in pursuance of the provision of our Recruitment Services, any processing will be in accordance with this Privacy Notice. The source of a corporate point of contact may be the individual themselves, or their name and business details may be provided to us by a member of their HR or Procurement department or another hiring manager or existing business contact or a candidate we have placed at the organisation. We may also obtain these details from websites, social media and other sources. We may send business to business email marketing to corporate points of contact. You have the right to:
Make a Data Subject Access Request to access your Personal Information at any time. This enables you to receive a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
