Terms and Conditions of Service

Upon purchasing the RizingHomes service package, you are agreeing to specific terms and conditions regarding the primary and additional payments:

Payment for the package can be made in four installments. However, a 20% discount is applicable if the entire amount is paid in one installment, resulting in a total discounted price of 1,750.00€ (including VAT).

Once the RizingHomes team has commenced the service, the payment becomes non-refundable, unless a written agreement for a refund has been made between RizingHomes and the client in advance.

RizingHomes will make efforts to negotiate a discount on real estate final price from the owner and agency. In the event of a successful discount, the client will pay RizingHomes a commission of 25% of the discount obtained from the initially specified price in the advertisement.

Consultations will be conducted virtually (via phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet) or in person (within the Salou and Tarragona radius) to provide support at every stage.

For an additional fee (transportation costs only), meetings can be arranged in other regions of Spain to address important real estate matters. The transportation costs are as follows:

- Radius of less than 50 km from Cap Salou: included in the cost of the main package.

- Radius of 50-100 km from Cap Salou: transportation fee of 50€ per visit. An additional 50€ for each extra 50 km radius.

When purchasing real estate in Spain, it is important to consider the various additional expenses that may arise. These expenses can be categorized as mandatory and optional.

It is essential to be aware of these potential expenses to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the financial obligations associated with purchasing real estate in Spain.

Mandatory expenses include the following:

- ITP tax, which amounts to 10% of the cost of purchasing a house or apartment.

- Notarial services and registration fees for the property in the Property Registry, along with notary administrative expenses.

- Bank commissions for transfers and/or checks.

- Real estate agency fees, typically included in the final price of the property.

- Property tax (IBI), utility services, and post-purchase maintenance costs.

- Costs for translating documents into Spanish (if applicable).

- Other potential expenses, which will be disclosed and discussed in advance.

Optional expenses may include:

- Extended legal checks, which may be necessary for specific real estate properties.

- Advanced legal services, such as granting power of attorney at the notary if there are constraints on signing purchase documents within specified deadlines.

- Purchase of medical insurance, home insurance, or other products related to the property acquisition.
